Auto-responder Emails in Web Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder e-mail will take you just a few clicks if you work with a web hosting from us. You can do this via the Emails part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you can see your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You can either choose an e-mail address and click on the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and pick the option in the context menu that will appear. All you need to do is to type in the content that you'd like to be sent as the automatic reply and save the change. You're able to enter any text you would like and updating or removing the auto-responder function can be just as simple. In the exact same part of the Control Panel you can check which e-mail accounts have the option active and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you decide to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account from us, you will be able to add in an auto-responder for any e-mail you make from the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All mailboxes which you have will be available in alphabetical order within this section and for each of them you'll see a small "Auto-responder" icon. To enable the function, click on the icon for an individual e-mail address, enter the content that you would like people to get as the answer to their email messages, then save your changes. You'll be able to modify or delete this text any time following the very same steps. If you want to create an auto-responder to a range of emails, you'll be able to select them and add a message to them at the same time - a function, which is found in Hepsia and which can save you lots of time.
